The Night of Museums is on

In the Kaliningrad Regional Amber Museum within the Night of Museums – programme "ARTmosphere" dedicated to the Year of Russian cinematograph. For several hours the museum turned into a film studio, where casting, rehearsals and filming happens. Visitors will be able to try themselves as screen writers, actors, artists, take a photo with characters of the favorite movies, listen to the songs from famous films.

The event started at 20.00 in from of the museum. You could listen to the music by DJ Shaker. At 21.00 the musical torch was picked up by the Kaliningrad Regional Orchestra of National Instruments (art and musical director – А.Stepannenko). The group performed songs from the favorite movies. The musicians perform also at 22.00; 23.00; 00.00. It is not to late to take part in the quiz "Image Lab" from the creative association "The Golden Octopus" and in the interactive programme by the theater studio "Evolution'.

At 22.45; 23.45 – dance performance "Reflections" based on films by A.Tarkovskiy by the dance studio "Amber Tribe", director – M.Lyatun. 

Until the midnight movie space (fragments of Soviet and Russian films are demonstrated), workshop of a screen writer and scene designer are working. Till 1.00. for everybody – "casting" by company "West-Film", exhibition of photos from the Russian movies shooting, themed quest through the museum's exposition featuring actors of the creative association "The Golden Octopus", students union of KSTU and volunteers committee of RANE&PC, restaurant "Weeping Willow".

The museum's celebration will be concluded with the pyrotechnical show from the company "Firework-master". Fire fountain will wrap the Dohna Tower at 01.20.

Ticket price to the programme "ARTmosphere" – 220 RUB. Tickets are available till 24.00.
