Opening of the contest works exhibition "Magic of Amber"

On 22 January at 16.00, opening ceremony of the Third Regional Contest of Children's and Youth Creativity "Magic of Amber" takes place in the Kaliningrad Amber Museum. The contest was organized in cooperation with the branch "Kaliningrad Thermal Power Plant 2" of the "INTER RAO – Electric Power Plants". School students aging from 6 to 17 years old have taken part in the creative project. Works were considered in the following categories: "painting", "drawing", "decorative and applied art", "mosaic" (special category from the gallery "Amber House", Saint Petersburg), "Light and Warmth for Children" (special category from the branch "Kaliningrad Thermal Power Plant 2").

There will be best works submitted by the young contestants at the exhibition. Winners in the categories will be awarded with prizes and diplomas during the exhibition opening ceremony.
