On 6 March, opening of the first annual summary exhibition by the Kaliningrad Regional Public Organisation "Amber Academy" was held, where for the first time, also blind amber artists presented their works. Guests of the "Gallery" hall saw panels, lapidary compositions, and jewellery made from the Baltic gem.
One of the brightest works from the new exhibition is "Koi", or "Golden Fishes". The item is composed in the Florentine mosaic technique. Every piece of amber was matched in colour to create the realistic, living image.
