"New Year Decoration Workshop"

On 2 and 16 December at 14.00 a Saturday family programme "New Year Decoration Workshop" takes place in the Kaliningrad Regional Amber Museum. It is held annually within the project "Our Family in the Amber Museum".
Children will be told, why people turned New Year Tree upside down in the ancientry, why it was prohibited to celebrate the New Year for some time and how New Year decorations have been changing over the time. Together with their parents children will be able to show their acting abilities in the "momentary fairy-tale play" and make a New Year souvenir for the memory of this visit to the museum.
Children will be also entertained with New Year cartoons and all-winners chocolate lottery.
Family ticket to the event – 450 RUB.
The ticket includes an independent visit of the permanent exposition of the Amber Museum.
