New Year gala night for friends and partners

New Year gala night for friends and partners took place in Kaliningrad Amber Museum. Its programme was rich and various.

The night started with testing of elite tea sorts from "Altist Ltd Tea company" and prize drawing from brands "Art Tea" and "Tea Tang" accompanied by Kaliningrad musicians - Ksenia Pavlova (flute) and Nina Faysieva (violin). Then guests could visit the exhibition of jewellery art of the late 19th - 20th centuries "Kostroma Gldsmiths: history and modernity. Craft of Krasnoye Selo" from the collection of Kostroma State Historic, Architectural and Art Museum and Park. The tour was made by the deputy director for reserch of the Amber Museum Irina Toropova.

Main event of the celebration was presentation ceremony of Gratitude letters and museum books to the partners of the Amber Museum. After that compositions of Astor Piazzolla and traditional Argentine music were played by Andrei Stepanenko (bandeneon) and honoured actor of Russia Natalia Stadnikova (piano).

Guests could also visit the exhibition of accessories of man and woman toilet of the late 19th - early 20th centuries "Journey of grandma's frame bag" from the collection of Marina Sedova, Saint Petersurg. And attend the exhibition and sale of American vintage jewellery of the 1950s - 1960s from prvate collections.

The night was crowned with Fashion coctail: candies, fruit, champagne and demonstration of head dresses, author accessories and hand-made bijouterie made from textile and fur from Kaliningrad design atelier "Valerie".
