Due to the continuing danger of introduction and distribution of the new coronavirus infection COVID-2019 to the territory of the Russian Federation, taking into account the current epidemiological situation in the region, in pursuance of the regulations of the State Chief Public Health Physician from 02.03.2020 No 5 "On Further Measures of Enhancement the Risks of Delivery and Distribution of the New Coronavirus Infection (2019-n-COV)", we strongly urge you to constrain visits of organised children groups to foreign countries to participate in sports, cultural, and other mass events including tourism.
