International Jeweller's Day in the Amber Museum

In the Kaliningrad Regional Amber Museum on 30 January events dedicated to the International Jeweller's Day will be held. This Day has been celebrated since 2002.

Programme:

15.00 – 20.00. Jewellery fair. Jewellery is presented by the jewellery studio "Darvin" and creative association of Kaliningrad artists "Prussian Honey".

15.00. Lecture "Creative destinies. Israel Rukhomovsky". Lecturer – the Amber Museum's deputy director for research, art expert, candidate of pedagogical sciences Irina Toropova.

16.00. Presentation of the creative association "Prussian Honey". Creation of a piece of jewellery: from sketch – to the complete item.

17.00. Presentation of the jewellery house "Aesthet".

17.15. Presentation of the jewellery "Darvin".

17.30 – 17.45. Meet-the-artist-event with the Kaliningrad jewellery artist Galina Syromyatnikova.

18.30. Lecture "Timeless" themes in jewellery art: peacocks". Lecturer – the Amber Museum's deputy director for research, art expert, candidate of pedagogical sciences Irina Toropova.

19.00. Lecture about vintage jewellery. Lecturer – expert on jewellery made of non-precious materials Irena Volova.
